Great success of the Collettivo In Opera Roma for the Concert Dedicated to Michele Cossyro
A splendid evening at Palazzo Cavallerini Lazzaroni for the closing event of the artist Michele Cossyro‘s exhibition. The performance/concert of the In Opera Roma collective was much appreciated and presented a program full of sound suggestions inspired by the works on display. Compositions composed by me for piano, flute and lyrical voices inspired by the series of works Buchi Neri, Fisarmoniche – Mondi Paralleli, Aste, Narciso were performed with texts written by me, by Elisa Averna, by Leandro Carnevale and by Cossyro himself. The great turnout and participation of the public gave us an unforgettable evening which made the debut of the collective In Opera Roma a success beyond all expectations. Special thanks go to the singers: Donatella Iaia, Lisadora Valenza and Luciano Matarazzo; to the musicians: Maria Gioia Musimano and Cecilia Paialunga; to the actress Marilia Valenza; to the authors Elisa Averna (who was also the evening’s presenter) and Leandro Carnevale; to the gallery owner and organizer of the evening Marco Nicodemo and finally to Michele Cossyro who with his artistic exhibition allowed the event to take place.
